在新学期即将到来，为全面提升教育教学品质、加强教师团队的专业素养与协作能力，我园于开学前两周组织了全体教职工，开展了为期数日的集中培训。本次培训涵盖师德师风、安全健康、系统操作及IB项目深化等多个维度，为全体教师迎接新学期注入了满满能量。
The new semester is approaching. To enhance teaching quality and teacher collaboration, our kindergarten conducted intensive pre-semester training for all staff, covering ethics, teaching, safety, and IB programme.
『师风师德与安全培训 』 Q&A System – Training on Teachers’ Ethics, Health Care, and Sports Safety
全体教师参与学习《Q&A系统-师风师德、保健与体育安全培训》。在美国总部Frank校长的引领下，从教育初心到日常关怀，从常规引导到幼儿活动保护，一系列贴近实际的内容不仅筑牢了园所的安全防线，更深化了每一位教师对幼教事业的认同与责任感。
All faculty took part in the Q&A System training on ethics, health care, and sports safety. Led by Frank, our principal from the U.S. headquarters, the sessions moved from educational purpose to daily care, from routine guidance to child-focused protection. Practical in every detail, the program strengthened the kindergarten’s safety net and deepened every teacher’s sense of mission and commitment to early childhood education.
『 全天单元协作备课』 Collaborative Planning Session
各年级组教师在多功能厅开展了以IB-PYP框架为指导的全天单元协作备课。通过跨学科、跨年级的深入交流与思维碰撞，老师们围绕PYP探究单元学习，共同优化教学方案，为孩子们即将开展的探索之旅做好了充分而温暖的准备。
Teachers held a full-day IB-PYP collaborative planning. Through cross-grade exchanges, they enhanced inquiry-based units, warmly preparing for children’s exploration.
『IB专题培训持续深化 』 In-school work shop
IB培训在三个园区展开,内容包括“C1 Building PYP Happen”、“C2 Evidencing Learning”和“C2 Making Space for Learning”三大模块，老师们通过专业学习、案例剖析与策略分享，进一步理解了PYP框架的实践路径，为新学期更好地支持幼儿探究与表达奠定了坚实基础。
IB training rolled out across all three campuses, covering three categories. Through expert sessions, case analyses, and strategy sharing, teachers deepened their grasp of the PYP framework’s practical pathways, laying a solid foundation for better supporting children’s inquiry and expression in the new term.

The Academic Center launched a WIB-focused training to help teachers document and assess more efficiently and systematically, thereby deepening the implementation of the IB inquiry program.
